The academic rate applies to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute.
Student registrations will need to provide proof of their student status by sending a copy of their student card or an accompanying letter from their mentor or department head to m.morley@elsevier.com

The delegate fee includes

• Conference materials
• Access to all sessions
• Welcome drinks reception on Monday evening
• Mid morning and afternoon refreshments each day
• Lunch on each day

Conference Dinner

An optional conference dinner is being arranged. The cost of this is US$ 80 per person and places can be booked using the online registration system. Accompanying persons are welcome to attend.

Cancellation information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday 6 September 2013, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday 20 September 2013, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday 20 September 2013, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
